Welcome to Pippa's Preloved. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Nature of products

All items sold by Pippa's Preloved are second-hand, vintage and pre-owned. As such signs of wear, aging and minor imperfections are to be expected and are apart of the character of each piece. We aim to accurately describe and photograph all items, including any noticeable flaws.

2. Sourcing and Authenticity

All products are sourced from trusted supliers and marketplaces in Japan. Each item undergoes an authentication process before being listed for sale and shipped to customers. While we take every precatution to ensure authenticity, by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that items are pre-owned and not affiliated with or endorsed by original brand manufacturers.

3. Pricing and Payments

All items are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at anytime without notice. Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods provided on our website.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after processing has begun. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping 

We ship from Australia after items have been sourced and authenticated. Shipping times may vary depending on availiability and processing. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guarenteed.

At this moment, we do not offer international shipping via our website. If you wish to purchase internationally please contact us at pippasprelovedd@gmail.com (fees may apply).

Pippa's Preloved is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of vintage and second- hand items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind. 

If you receive an item that is significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence, and we will review your case.

7. Condition Disclaimer

By purchasing from Pippa's Preloved, you acknowlege that:

  • All items are pre-owned and may show signs of wear
  • Minor flaws may not always be listed but are considered normal for vintage goods (eg. minor scratches on hardware ect.)
  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen difference

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, branding, and text is the property or Pippa's Preloved and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pippa's Preloved is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or purchase of our products.

10. Changes of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
