  • Our Process

    All items are sourced from reputable supliers in Japan. Each item is authenticated before being to shipped to us. It then undergoes a secondary detailed internal review, where we examine brand-specific features such as materials, stitching, hardware, and serial/ date codes where applicable. For select items, we may also utilise independant third-party authentication services to further support our assesments.

  • Our Guarantee

    We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If any item purchased from Pippa's Preloved is proven to be counterfeit by a recognised third-party authentication service within 7 days of delivery, we will offer a full refund upon return of the item in it's orginal condition.

  • Our Transparency

    We aim to provide clear and accurate descriptions, along with detailed photographs of each item, including close-ups of key authenticity features. As these are preowned items, signs of wear may be present and will always be disclosed.
