Return and Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy governs all purchases made through our website. Due to the exclusive, pre-owned, and vintage nature of our items, all sales are considered final and are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

We operate a strict no returns, no refunds and no exchanges policy. This applies to all purchaes without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or fit
  • Personal preference
  • Minor signs of wear consistent with vintage condition

Once an order has been placed and processed, it is deemed final and non-reversible.

3. Nature of Vintage Items

  • All items sold are, pre-owned, vintage, or second-hand items, and will naturally exhibit signs of age, use, and wear.
  • These characteristics may include slight fading / discoloration, minor marks, sofening materials, hardware wear, or small holes (that do not effect fuctionality of the item).
  • Such features are inherent to vintage goods and are not considered defects.
  • Customers accept these conditions as part of the purchase.

Please note Items with small incisions or small holes (that have not been refurbished) are heavily discounted and stated very clearly in the description.

4. Product Descriptions & Due Dilligence

  • We take all reasonable steps to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, and images are accurate and representative.
  • However, slight variations in colour, tone, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or individual perceptions.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details carefully prior to purchase and may request additional information before completing a transaction.

5. Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

  • If you belived you have received an item that is materially incorrect or significantly misrepresented, you must notify us witin 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must include

  • Clear photographic evidence of the item 
  • Supporting images of packaging (if applicable)
  • A detailed description of the issue 

All claims will be reviewed on a case-by basis. We reserve the sole discretion to determine wether the item qualifes as materially misrepresented.

Please Note: If your claim is successful and our team have offered an exchage or refund of some kind, you are required to send said item back to us.

6. Items Damaged in Transit

  • In the event an item arrives significantly damaged due to transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We may require cooperation in lodging a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. Condition Disputes

  • Disputes relating to general wear, ageing, or subjective condition assesments will not be valid grounds for return or exchange.
  • We encourage all customers to carefully asses product listings prior to purchase.

8. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

  • We reserve the right to refuse any claim where we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of this policy, or failure to comply with the stated requirements.
  • Any items returned without prior approval (where applicable) wil not be acccepted and a refund will not be proccessed.

9. Consumer Law Compliance

  • Nothing in this policy is intented to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protections laws.
  • Where required by law, we will provide remedies in accordance with statutory obligations.
