Are all of your items Authentic?

Yes - all of our items are carefully sourced and go through a strict authentication process before being listed. We only sell 100% genuine designer pieces.

Where do your items come from?

Our pieces are sourced from trusted supliers and marketplaces that are exclusively apart of the AACD (Association Against Conterfeit Product Distribution), with a strong focus on high-quality second-hand items from Japan, known for it's excellent condition standards and authenticity regulations.

What conditions are are the items in?

All items are pre-loved, they may show minor signs of wear. Each product listing includes detailed descriptions and photos so you know exactly what you are purchasing. Some items may have more wear than others and these items are priced accordingly (and clearly stated in the description).

Do you accept returns?

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item arrives significantly different from it's description, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on yur location. Orders are typically dispatched within a few business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 5-14 business days.

Do items come with their original packaging?

Some items include original boxes, dust bags or authenticity cards. This will always be clearly stated in the product description

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices are carefully set based on condition, rarity, and market value, but we may occasionally offer promotions or discounts.

Do you buy or consign items?

At this stage, we primarily focus on sourcing and selling. However, we may expand into consignment in the future.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/ debit cards and secure online payment platforms.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I care for my vintage item?

We reccommend storing your item in a cool, dry place and using appropriate care methods for the material (eg. leather conditioner). Proper care will help maintain it's longevity.
